Australia USA Free Trade Agreement

Its been a little over 2 Months since the introduction of the Aust-USA Free Trade Agreement. For those of you who have been living under a rock, most goods which are manufactured in the USA, are now entitled to Duty Free status when imported into Australia.

For most goods to qualify as USA origin, they only need to be assembled in the USA, without complying with any origin percentage requirements. (ie: a shoe put together in the USA from components originating in Malaysia and Taiwan, will most likely qualify as USA origin).
